The Reset is a 3-hour wellness immersion designed to support nervous system healing, emotional integration, and mind-body realignment.
This integrative session weaves together powerful evidence-based and somatic practices—including Brainspotting, Mindfulness, Breathwork, Somatic Movement, and Meditation.
Whether you're navigating stress, trauma, burnout, or disconnection, The Reset offers a space to slow down, feel safely held, and gently transform.

Brainspotting
A neuro-experiential therapy that accesses the brain-body connection to release stored trauma and emotional blocks.

Presence-centered practices to quiet mental noise, build awareness, and anchor you in the moment.
Conscious Breathwork
Use intentional breath to regulate the nervous system, increase vitality, clear energetic stagnation and access expanded states of awareness.

The Reset is a three-hour, integrative wellness session designed to help you decompress, realign, and restore balance—physically, emotionally, and energetically. It combines holistic practices tailored to your unique needs, supporting your mind-body connection and overall well-being.

Each session is customized to your specific needs, but will typically include modalities such as guided breathwork, gentle movement, meditation, Brainspotting, intuitive coaching, mindfulness practices, and integrative practices such as journaling. You’ll be held in a nurturing space designed to help you reconnect with yourself deeply.

This session is for anyone feeling overwhelmed, burnt out, emotionally stagnant, stuck in a trauma loop, or simply in need of dedicated time for reconnection and recalibration. It’s ideal for sensitive souls, high achievers, caregivers, creatives, and anyone on a healing journey. It is specifically designed for individuals who have been in therapy and/or have experience with increasing personal insight and accountability.

The Reset is not a quick fix or a surface-level experience. It’s an immersive, integrative session that draws from multiple healing traditions and focuses on deep restoration and recalibration—mind, body, and spirit. The three-hour format allows for spaciousness and depth rarely found in shorter sessions.

Not at all. The Reset is completely beginner-friendly. You don’t need to be familiar with meditation, yoga, or any spiritual practices. Just come as you are—the session will meet you where you’re at.

You will receive an in-depth questionnaire prior to the session that must be completed beforehand. Wear comfortable clothing, hydrate well beforehand, and give yourself permission to fully unplug. It’s also helpful to set an intention for what you’d like to receive or release—but this is optional and can be explored together during the session.

Currently available in person or virtually — your preference will be confirmed prior to scheduling. In-person sessions offer a cozy, grounded environment with personalized care, while virtual sessions are thoughtfully curated to offer the same depth and presence in your own private space.

You’ll likely feel lighter, clearer, and more connected to yourself. Some people experience emotional release, physical sensations, or deep calm. You’ll also receive integration tips and a 30 minute follow-up integration call.

The Reset is designed as a holistic, integrative experience that goes beyond the traditional scope of medical or mental health treatment covered by insurance.
Insurance companies typically only reimburse for services that are deemed “medically necessary” and are delivered within a strict clinical framework—such as short, problem-focused psychotherapy sessions. The Reset, however, is a unique three-hour immersion that combines brainspotting, somatic practices, meditation, breathwork, movement, and nervous system regulation tools. It is intentionally expansive, preventative, and restorative in nature rather than diagnostic or symptom-driven.
Because this experience blends multiple modalities that fall outside conventional definitions of reimbursable therapy, and because it is not billed under a medical model or tied to a mental health diagnosis, it does not meet the criteria for insurance reimbursement.
