Hi, I’m Sara—a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with experience working with children, adolescents, and adults. I earned my Master’s in Social Work from Aurora University and have completed the Perinatal Mental Health Certification (PMH-C) course. In addition to private practice, I’ve worked in a variety of settings including community agencies, partial-hospitalization programs, outpatient care, and group therapy.

My practice is rooted in warmth, collaboration, and evidence-based approaches, including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), and mindfulness-based interventions. I strive to create a safe, inclusive space where clients feel supported in their healing and growth. I value strong therapeutic relationships and take a collaborative, compassionate approach to overcoming life’s challenges together.
